Information we process
Conterminal processes account and workspace identity, shipment and container records, documents you upload or submit, and operational events needed to provide document review, tracking, dispatch, and related logistics workflows.
Mail integration data
The Gmail add-on works only with the message you have open. The Conterminal Mail Chrome extension displays a launcher in Gmail and Outlook Web, but its launcher reads only the page layout and opaque message identifiers needed for the emails you explicitly select or open. Only attachments you explicitly submit are transferred. The integrations do not monitor mailbox content in the background, and Conterminal does not persist the email body.
Message identifiers, sender and reply headers, attachment identifiers, filenames, content types, and file bytes may be processed to prevent duplicates, route documents, and send a threaded confirmation. Access tokens are short-lived and are not stored.
ChatGPT connector data
When you authorize the Conterminal shipment connector, an approved AI client can request shipment summaries and curated operational details from the single carrier or freight-forwarder workspace you select. Conterminal processes your user identity, OAuth client identity, selected workspace, shipment access, and sanitized tool telemetry to authenticate, authorize, rate-limit, and audit each request.
The connector does not return uploaded documents, raw provider payloads, billing details, passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary internal identifiers. Conterminal does not store your AI conversation history or prompts in its connector audit log. The AI service you choose may process your prompts and the connector results under that service's own terms and privacy policy.

Storage, sharing, and retention
Conterminal uses service providers for cloud hosting, databases, object storage, monitoring, email delivery, and text-message delivery. They process data only to provide contracted services. We do not sell Google or Microsoft user data or use mailbox data for advertising. Submitted documents and operational records are retained according to the customer workspace's business and legal requirements.
Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging service providers may process this information only to deliver and support Conterminal's contracted operational messaging services.
Mail provider and Chrome Web Store data use
Conterminal's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of information received from Google APIs by the Conterminal Mail Chrome extension also adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The Conterminal Mail Chrome extension uses Gmail or Outlook Web site access only to render and position its launcher and read the opaque identifiers of messages you explicitly select or open. It uses read-only Gmail API or Microsoft Graph access to identify those messages and retrieve their attachments. Conterminal does not monitor mailbox content in the background, change messages or labels, or retain email bodies. It stores submitted files and the minimum message headers required for document processing and confirmation replies.
For Outlook Web, the extension uses Microsoft identity authorization and delegated Microsoft Graph User.Read andMail.Read access. Microsoft access and identity tokens are short-lived, kept only in extension memory, and are not stored by Conterminal. The extension does not request permission to send, delete, move, or change Outlook messages.
Your controls
You can remove mailbox add-ons through Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, remove the Chrome extension through Chrome, and revoke Google or Microsoft access from your provider account. You can remove the Conterminal connection in ChatGPT. Workspace administrators can disable a user or integration immediately. Contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable.
