Authorized use
You may use Conterminal only for lawful business purposes and only for organizations and data you are authorized to access. You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for activity under your account.
Documents and operational decisions
You retain responsibility for documents and data submitted to Conterminal. Automated extraction, classification, tracking, and suggestions may require human review. You must verify information before relying on it for dispatch, customs, billing, compliance, or other operational decisions.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit content you lack authority to process.
- Do not bypass access controls or probe other workspaces.
- Do not disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
- Do not use Conterminal to distribute malware or unlawful content.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Conterminal reliable, but the service may be changed, interrupted, or unavailable. Third-party providers and data sources can also change or fail. We may update these terms and will post the effective date on this page.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security risk, misuse, nonpayment, legal requirements, or material breach. You can stop using the Gmail integrations at any time by uninstalling the add-on from Google Workspace Marketplace and removing the Chrome extension.
Disclaimers and liability
Except as stated in a written agreement, Conterminal is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conterminal disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
